Thanks for your kind email. I always knew Mickey was awesome but now the nurses are getting to witness it too. He is so thankful for everybody's help and has a great attitude. He's doing better everyday. I sat with him watching football today. He can't speak right now because of the tracheotomy but they had him practicing to breathe on his own and also propped up in a chair/bed. I posted a picture on the website we have set up for people to post messages and get updates. check it out and let me know what you think:
